New print skills submitted to Worldskills
At the global competition in Lyon, we have presented the new print Skills for Shanghai 2026.Digital Print and Packaging Technology to the international delegates and submitted our proposal to the WSI committee.With participation of print experts, schools, universities, and industry stakeholders, we have designed a new skills project to cover future needs for printing industries.
Students awarded at Worldwide Charity Cloud Competition during drupa
The Worldwide Charity Cloud Competition was successfully held and was one of the attractions for the more than 170,000 visitors at drupa.“We were thrilled to witness the fantastic journey of the live finalists from Greece, Germany, Colombia, and Brazil as they came to Düsseldorf to compete live in front of the drupa audience,” explains Enn Kerner from the Worldwide Charity Cloud Competition organisers. “I am especially satisfied that, in such a short time, the Worldwide Charity Cloud Competition were able to find many supporters and sponsors who recognise that young, talented printing technology specialists are important assets for the sustainable printing industry.”Sponsors included: Sinapse Print Simulators, KOMORI, COMEXI, Zeller Gmelin GmbH, Mendel RS-systems, Hinojosa Group, Lakeside Book Company. The 6th competition “Art of Printing” will take place from 13th to 17th, December 2021, in connection with Rybinsk College of Printing, students and trainers from Russian Federation will compete on SHOTS simulator.

Virtual classroom or webinar focus on trouble shooting
Simulators are a great training tools to share printing knowledge. Without risk to users, a trainer can show the interactions on the printing machine, whatever the process - offet, flexo or helio. In no print fault mode, the attendee can easily use the press and understand the process, without wasting paper and preserving the planet. The simulator is a green tool.

Sinapse is a sponsor for worldskills, in print media skills activity. Every two years, the competitors are willing to demonstrate their mastery of the printing process. The SHOTS simulator is one evaluation tools used during the competition. one of the means of showing their knowledge of the process, with a 'gaming' component, without being totally a game. More realistic training with Touch console configuration
The TouchConsole functions in the same way as a real press — the operator lays the print sample sheet or signature on to the console above the corresponding ink keys, and then makes adjustments. As the ink keys are adjusted on the Touch Console, the changes are shown in the simulated output displayed just above them.
